How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping (5 – 7 working days for delivery) across India. Your product will generally be shipped via either Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, E-kart, Amazon Express, Express Bees, or India Post (at the discretion of OPTIGAZE).

We also offer express shipping (2 – 3 business days for delivery) at an additional charge of ₹300.

How much time will it take to ship my order?

  • Contact Lenses: Shipped within 5–7 business days of receipt of order. Certain special lenses may take longer.
  • Sunglasses & Frames: Shipped within 5–7 business days of receipt of order.

When will I receive my order?

You will receive an intimation along with a tracking number once your product has been shipped.

  • Within Hyderabad: Generally delivered within 1–3 business days of dispatch.
  • Outside Hyderabad: Generally delivered within 5–7 business days of dispatch.

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, holidays). In such cases, express shipping charges are non-refundable.

Missed Delivery

If you weren’t available to receive your product, our logistics partner will re-attempt delivery as per their policy. After multiple failed attempts, the product will be shipped back to us. We will keep you informed in such cases.

Our Responsibility

We are not responsible for products that are lost or stolen after being declared as successfully delivered by our logistics partners.


International Shipping Policy

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat fee of ₹3,500 for all international shipping. This rate ensures transparent and straightforward shipping costs.

Shipping Provider

We partner with DHL Express for international deliveries. If DHL does not service your area, the next best courier will be used.

Return and Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, OPTIGAZE does not accept returns or exchanges on international orders due to high shipping costs and customs duties.

Dispatch Timelines

  • Contact Lenses: Dispatched within 3–4 business days. Special lenses may take longer.
  • Sunglasses & Frames: Shipped within 2–3 business days.

Multiple products will be shipped together whenever possible.

Delivery Timeline

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days after shipping (customs delays may apply).

Missed Delivery

If you are unavailable, DHL will re-attempt delivery. For assistance, contact us directly and we will coordinate with the courier.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International shipments may incur import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by your country. These are not collected by OPTIGAZE and must be paid by the customer.

Order Delays

If your order is delayed, please contact our support team. We will investigate with the courier and update you.

Address Changes

Shipping addresses can only be updated if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We will coordinate with the courier and provide options.

Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number. Use this on the DHL website for real-time updates.
